About the role

Join Banter by Piercing Pagoda as an Assistant Store Manager and help drive sales, profit, and exceptional customer experiences in a vibrant retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in achieving sales and profit targets.
• Maintain daily focus on team standards and customer satisfaction.
• Train, evaluate, and develop team members’ product knowledge and sales skills.
• Participate in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new associates.
• Enforce company policies and oversee operational and strategic duties.

Required profile

• Minimum one year of retail experience, preferably in jewelry or specialty retail.
• Flexible availability to work days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
• Strong ability to follow written, oral, and diagrammatic instructions.

Required skills

• Operation of POS terminals and scanners.
• Basic computer software proficiency.
• Basic computer hardware knowledge.
