Finishing Project Manager

About the role

The Finishing Project Manager will be based on‑site in Heliopolis, overseeing the complete execution of finishing projects for Staron Egypt. This full‑time position ensures high‑quality finishes, timely delivery, and compliance with industry standards across a variety of commercial and residential spaces.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate resources, subcontractors and internal teams to deliver finishing works on schedule.
• Liaise with clients, architects, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets and quality control procedures.
• Maintain compliance with ISO, NSF, SCS and other established standards.
• Identify and resolve technical or logistical issues to keep projects on track.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project management, resource coordination and team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of high‑quality finishing techniques, materials and industry standards.
• Excellent problem‑solving, critical‑thinking and decision‑making abilities.
• Effective communication and client‑management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently with strong time‑management and organisational skills.
• Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or a related field preferred; experience in construction or interior design is an advantage.
