HR Specialist (Fluent in French) – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR specialist who is fluent in French to help train large‑scale language models. As an AI Trainer, you will use your deep knowledge of talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, employee relations, and HRIS systems to evaluate and improve model responses on real‑world HR scenarios.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with AI models in English and French, presenting HR cases such as compliance, onboarding, DEI initiatives, and cross‑border policies.
• Verify the factual accuracy and logical consistency of model outputs.
• Document error patterns and provide detailed traces for model debugging.
• Collaborate with the prompt‑engineering team to refine evaluation metrics.
• Maintain clear, step‑by‑step communication of your analysis.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or professional certification in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Relations, or a related field.
• Fluency in French and strong command of English.
• Proven experience in HR operations within international or bilingual environments.
• Ability to work independently on a remote contract.
