Insurance Specialist (Fluent in French) – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced insurance professional who is fluent in French to help train large‑scale language models. You will work remotely as a freelance AI trainer, using your deep knowledge of underwriting, claims, policy design, actuarial analysis, and regulatory frameworks to improve model performance.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with the AI model in English and French on real‑world insurance scenarios.
• Verify factual accuracy, industry logic, and regulatory compliance of model outputs.
• Document failure modes and capture reproducible error traces.
• Provide feedback to improve prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.
• Collaborate with the data‑science team to refine training data quality.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in insurance, finance, business administration, actuarial science, or a related field.
• Fluency in French and professional experience in the insurance sector.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CPCU, AIC) are a strong plus.
• Ability to communicate reasoning clearly and “show your work”.
