About the role
The Junior Learning Manager supports the design, deployment and continuous improvement of learning and development programmes that build workforce capabilities and align with Danone’s business priorities. The role fosters a culture of continuous learning through digital, data‑driven solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in designing and rolling out classroom, digital and blended training programmes.
- Coordinate training logistics, execution and adapt content to business needs.
- Promote and manage digital learning platforms such as Campus X, EdCast, LinkedIn Learning and Coursera.
- Support the digitalisation of learning journeys and explore new learning technologies.
- Monitor learning journeys, ensure data accuracy in reporting and follow up with providers on purchase orders and invoices.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR or Learning & Development.
- Fluent in English (mandatory) and digitally savvy.
- Strong organisational, coordination and stakeholder‑management abilities.
- Data‑driven mindset with excellent communication skills.
