Part‑Time English Teacher (18 h/week)

About the role

The British Council is looking for two enthusiastic part‑time English teachers to deliver high‑quality lessons to a diverse learner base. You will work 18 hours per week, supporting the organisation’s global English strategy and contributing to cultural relations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging English language lessons that meet British Council Global Teaching Standards.
• Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback and encourage learner autonomy.
• Participate in staff meetings, course development and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist with local marketing, promotional activities and ensure a positive customer experience.
