Product Manager

About the role

The Product Manager will lead the development and market introduction of agricultural machinery solutions. This role combines market research, product planning, and cross‑functional coordination to bring new equipment from concept to mass production while continuously improving existing offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market and competitor research, analyse user demand, and define product planning for new projects.
• Translate market insights into detailed product requirements and oversee prototype development, field testing and optimisation.
• Manage project schedule, cost and performance to ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with R&D, production, sales and purchasing teams to achieve mass‑production readiness.
• Collect after‑sales and market feedback to drive product upgrades and manage agricultural machinery appraisal and subsidy procedures.
• Monitor competitor products to refine product configuration and selling points.
