Store & Marketing Manager

About the role

PIX TECH is seeking a proactive Store & Marketing Manager to lead daily store operations and drive marketing initiatives from its Laghouat location. The role blends retail management with creative marketing to enhance customer experience and brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee store operations, including inventory control and customer service standards.
• Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Analyze market trends and sales data to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align store performance with brand objectives.
• Develop and maintain brand awareness through social media and short‑form video content.

Required profile

• Proven experience in store management with strong inventory and team leadership skills.
• Marketing background covering campaign planning, market analysis, and brand building.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Strategic thinker capable of solving operational challenges.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is a plus.
