Visa Consultant – Full‑time, On‑site in Algiers

About the role

Advanced Pathways Algeria is seeking a full‑time Visa Consultant to work on‑site in Algiers. The consultant will guide clients through every step of the visa application process for study, language and business travel, ensuring accurate documentation and timely submissions.

Key responsibilities

• Assess client eligibility and explain visa requirements for target countries.
• Prepare and review visa application files, supporting documents and ensure compliance with immigration regulations.
• Coordinate with partner institutions and keep clients informed of timelines and next steps.
• Track application status, respond to client inquiries promptly and maintain organized records.
• Stay up‑to‑date with immigration and visa policy changes for key destinations.
• Contribute to internal process improvements and collaborate with the advisory team.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of immigration procedures related to study, language and business travel.
• Practical experience preparing visa applications and monitoring case progress.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, International Relations, Education, Business or equivalent experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English; Arabic is a plus.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information and use standard office and CRM software.
