Bilingual German/English Customer Support Consultant – Remote

About the role

SupportYourApp is looking for a bilingual German‑English Customer Support Consultant to join its global, remote team. You will provide high‑quality assistance to customers across multiple channels while working from your home office.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone following internal SOPs.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including developers and specialists, to resolve issues efficiently.
• Handle sensitive customer data securely and maintain compliance with privacy standards.
• Apply best‑practice customer happiness techniques and continuously improve service quality.
• Track performance metrics and meet established KPIs.

Required profile

• Fluent in German and English (C1 level or higher), both written and spoken.
• 6‑12 months of experience in a customer support or similar role.
• Strong analytical and research abilities.
• Positive, proactive, and responsible attitude.
• Reliable PC (minimum 8 GB RAM) and stable internet connection (≥50 Mbps download, ≥40 Mbps upload).
