Business Development Executive

About the role

Virtual IP, a USA‑based IT services and consulting firm, is looking for a results‑driven Business Development Executive to join its remote team in Algeria. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities across international markets and supporting the company’s growth through proactive outreach and relationship building.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify prospective clients in target industries worldwide.
• Conduct outbound cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns to introduce Virtual IP’s services.
• Research companies, decision‑makers, and market trends to build a robust pipeline.
• Schedule discovery calls, present proposals, and manage the sales process from lead to close.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM and provide regular activity reports.
• Collaborate with marketing, technical, and delivery teams to tailor solutions to client needs.
• Meet weekly and monthly sales targets and suggest improvements to outreach strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Communications, Management or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in business development, B2B sales, outbound sales, or lead generation.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication skills with senior decision‑makers.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and align with U.S. Central Time.
