Channel Supervisor – Telecom Distribution

About the role

Transsion Algeria is seeking a Channel Supervisor for its TECNO Mobile brand to drive sales growth and strengthen market presence across the central region of Algeria. You will act as the bridge between strategic plans and field execution, ensuring effective distribution and high performance of the field force.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and support the field force team across assigned cities, monitoring KPIs, performance, and execution quality.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retail partners, overseeing order flow and product availability.
• Implement sales strategies and promotional activities to boost TECNO visibility and market share.
• Track competitor actions, market trends, pricing, and customer behavior, providing actionable insights to management.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, field activities, and market conditions, identifying opportunities for improvement.

Required profile

• 2 to 5 years of experience in sales, channel management, or telecom/FMCG distribution.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate field teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Analytical mindset with solid understanding of sales KPIs and retail operations.
• Dynamic, proactive, results‑driven attitude and willingness to travel frequently.
