About the role

The Maintenance Project Manager (BT) is responsible for planning, coordinating and supervising maintenance, renovation and improvement works of buildings to ensure proper operation, safety and regulatory compliance. The position is based in Ouled Fayet and reports to senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Plan preventive and corrective maintenance operations.
• Lead renovation and building‑aménagement projects.
• Coordinate external contractors and internal technical teams.
• Develop, monitor and control maintenance budgets.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and regulatory standards.
• Manage maintenance contracts and monitor their execution.
• Track project progress, conduct site inspections and formally receive completed works.
