About the role
We are looking for a Management Controller to join our finance team in Algiers. The role focuses on overseeing budgeting, cost analysis, and financial reporting to support strategic decision‑making.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, monitor and update annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Perform cost calculations, variance analysis and interpret financial statements.
- Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards and KPI indicators for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with accounting, tax and regulatory standards.
- Support internal control processes and treasury management, including cash‑flow monitoring.
Required profile
- Master’s degree (M2) or engineering degree in finance, accounting or related field (Bac+5).
- 6‑10 years of experience in management control, financial analysis or cost accounting.
- Strong knowledge of general and analytical accounting, budgeting principles and financial KPI monitoring.
- Familiarity with internal control procedures and regulatory requirements.
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
