About the role

Quicksell is looking for a friendly and proactive Customer Support Representative to assist its customers and business partners. The position is fully remote, offering flexible hours and the chance to help users navigate the platform, resolve issues, and enjoy a smooth experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries via chat, email, WhatsApp, and other online channels.
• Assist customers with questions about orders, listings, and platform services.
• Identify customer needs and provide clear, appropriate solutions.
• Handle complaints, resolve issues efficiently, and follow up until resolved.
• Guide users in navigating and using the Quicksell platform.
• Verify and process customer information when required.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department.
• Maintain a professional, helpful attitude and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• No prior experience required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong listening, interpersonal, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with patience, politeness, and empathy.
• Basic computer literacy and comfort with online communication tools.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable internet connection.
