About the role

The Technical Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and retaining a portfolio of clients—including veterinarians, breeders, feed manufacturers, and distributors—in the East and Central regions of Algeria. The role combines sales activities with technical advice on animal health products and nutrition solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and retain a client portfolio of veterinarians, breeders, feed manufacturers, and distributors.
• Prospect new partners in the veterinary and agro‑industrial sectors within the assigned region.
• Promote the company’s range of animal health products.
• Present and valorise nutrition solutions such as CMV, premixes, and additives.
• Provide technical advice on dosage, formulation, and usage.
• Monitor competition and market needs through field intelligence.
• Participate in trade shows, technical days, and promotional actions.
• Report regularly on commercial activity, including visits, sales, and forecasts.
• Contribute actively to achieving set sales targets.

Required profile

• Scientific background in veterinary medicine, agronomy, zootechnics or a related field.
• At least 1‑2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in veterinary, pharmaceutical or animal nutrition sectors.
• Knowledge of feed manufacturing and premixes (CMV) is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with the veterinary and livestock network in the East or Central region.
• Proficiency with office tools such as Excel, Word, and reporting.
• Excellent relational skills, service orientation, and negotiation ability.
• Autonomy, rigor, organisational skills and a results‑driven mindset.
• Valid driving licence and personal vehicle are mandatory.
