About the role
We are looking for an Expert Radio Data Analytics to join our Radio and Capacity teams in Algiers. The professional will focus on analysing Radio Access Network (RAN) key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Quality of Service (QoS) and network capacity, helping to drive data‑driven decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Collect, process and analyse RAN KPI data to assess QoS and capacity performance.
- Identify trends, anomalies and root‑cause factors affecting network quality.
- Collaborate with Radio and Capacity engineers to translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations.
- Develop and maintain automated tools and dashboards that accelerate investigations and support decision‑making.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders.
Required profile
- Master’s degree (M2) or engineering degree (Bac +5) in a relevant field.
- 6–10 years of professional experience in telecom data analysis, RAN performance monitoring or similar roles.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work independently and in cross‑functional teams.
