Financial Account Manager – Banking Sector

About the role

We are seeking a Financial Account Manager to strengthen our relationships with banking clients in Algeria. You will act as the primary liaison between Huawei Telecommunications Algeria and financial institutions, promoting innovative banking solutions and driving business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank clients and key stakeholders.
• Identify business opportunities and propose tailored financial and technological solutions.
• Conduct client visits, workshops, and executive presentations to understand challenges and deliver value‑driven proposals.
• Organise and participate in marketing events, industry forums, seminars, and product promotion activities.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to align solutions with client needs.
• Manage account development plans, monitor market trends, and track business growth.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in banking or financial services.
• Background in corporate, retail, or digital banking, financial technology, business development, or account management.
• Strong understanding of banking operations, financial services, and banking technologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluent in Arabic, French, and English.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
