French+English Bilingual Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our fully remote team. In this position you will be the primary point of contact for French‑speaking customers, delivering clear information and effective solutions through phone calls and live chat.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous support in both French and English, addressing a wide range of customer inquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and guide customers to successful resolutions.
• Document every interaction accurately in our support system.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to help improve products and processes.
• Collaborate with teammates across the remote organization to stay aligned on priorities.

Required profile

• Fluent in spoken and written French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of remote bilingual customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce or tech support.
• Strong problem‑solving attitude, patience, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while communicating clearly with a distributed team.

Required skills

• Experience with customer support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias or Shopify.
