Hardware Field Service Engineer – Central Region

About the role

We are looking for a Hardware Field Service Engineer to support Siemens Healthineers Oncology services in the Central Region of Algeria. The engineer will be the primary contact for customers, ensuring that medical imaging and therapy equipment operates reliably.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair designated medical systems within the assigned territory.
• Perform installations, upgrades and preventive maintenance according to company guidelines.
• Manage service schedules, prioritize incoming calls and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Escalate complex incidents and collaborate with senior technical staff when needed.
• Maintain accurate field service reports, expense documentation and consignment records.
• Develop and sustain strong customer relationships through clear communication.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (M2) or engineering degree (Bac+5) in a relevant field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in field service or technical support for medical equipment.
• Strong professional communication skills with customers, sales and internal teams.
• Ability to work independently in a defined geographic area.
