About the role
The Process Maintenance Engineer will ensure that production targets are met while maintaining the reliability of all equipment. Working in a shift-based environment, the role involves planning, coordinating, and executing preventive and corrective maintenance activities for biotech manufacturing assets.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve production objectives by maintaining equipment availability.
- Prepare and update performance dashboards and maintenance reports.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate all phases of maintenance activities.
- Execute preventive maintenance plans and intervene on equipment as needed.
- Switch to a 3‑shift (3×8) regime when required.
- Analyze and synthesize intervention reports and take corrective actions.
Required profile
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) in engineering or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in industrial or process maintenance.
- Willingness to work in a 3‑shift rotation.
- Residence near Oued Smar, Algiers.
