Junior Graphic Designer – EU Communication Project

About the role

NTU International is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to join a pool of Non‑Key Experts supporting a 36‑month EU communication outreach project across North Africa, the Middle East and the Gulf. The role is short‑term and on‑demand, providing visual design support for day‑to‑day communication activities.

Key responsibilities

• Design visual assets for digital and print communication campaigns, including infographics, illustrations, brochures, presentations, banners and social‑media graphics.
• Maintain visual identity and branding in line with EU communication guidelines.
• Collaborate with communication specialists, content managers and audio‑visual teams to create engaging visual content.
• Prepare artwork for print and digital publication, ensuring high production quality.
• Adapt existing materials into different formats and languages as required.
• Support the design of event materials, exhibition graphics and promotional items.
• Ensure consistency, accessibility and quality across all visual communication products.

Required profile

• Degree or professional training in graphic design, or equivalent qualification.
• Proficiency in standard design software.
• Working knowledge of English.
• Minimum 2 years of general graphic‑design experience.
• At least 1 year of specific experience creating campaign visuals or infographics.

• Graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
