Lead Services Specialist – Customer Contract Management

About the role

The Lead Services Specialist – Customer Contract Management is responsible for end‑to‑end oversight of customer contracts in Djelfa, ensuring alignment with strategy, legal compliance, and commercial goals. Acting as the primary liaison between the business, legal team, and customers, the role mitigates risk and maximises contract value throughout the agreement lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Own portfolio customer relationships, operational excellence, and team leadership for the assigned area.
• Manage financial performance of the contract backlog for all service activities within the sub‑region.
• Partner with Product Line Leaders to drive productivity, cost reduction, and reliability programs.
• Coordinate parts, repairs, engineering, and service execution to ensure service excellence.
• Develop business strategy for the defined portfolio and provide market feedback.
• Build influential relationships with customers at all levels and resolve issues to maximise business opportunities.
• Lead fleet efforts to ensure customer service excellence and implement safety policies.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean principles and ensure integrity, controllership, and compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
• Minimum 7 years total experience, including at least 3 years in Gas Power Services.
• People‑leadership experience.
• Fluent in English, French and Arabic.

Required skills

• Practical knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma techniques, including Hoshin Kanri.
