Management Trainee - Supply Chain/Planning

About the role

The Future Leaders Program at Heineken’s Tango subsidiary offers an 18‑month Management Trainee position focused on Supply Chain and Planning. The trainee will rotate through key supply‑chain functions to develop a holistic understanding of operations within the food and beverage industry.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in multiple supply‑chain rotations, including demand planning, inventory management, and logistics coordination.
• Support the execution of production schedules and ensure alignment with market demand.
• Analyze data to identify improvement opportunities and assist in implementing process enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive efficiency and cost‑effectiveness.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on supply‑chain performance.

Required profile

• University degree (Licence or Master) obtained between 2022 and 2024.
• Less than two years of professional experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in French and English.
• Analytical mindset, curiosity, and initiative.
