Operations Controlling Head

About the role

The Operations Controlling Head will lead the construction of current and forecasted Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and oversee the financial performance of operational activities. Acting as the primary business partner for operations teams, this role ensures accurate financial reporting, drives productivity projects, and supports strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain current and forecast COGS models.
• Manage and monitor financial objectives of operations, including monthly and yearly close results.
• Develop and evaluate project business cases.
• Coordinate cross‑functional alignment and lead operations‑finance meetings.
• Lead monthly performance reviews and productivity improvement projects.
• Oversee company inventories and assets, ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of financial processes and operational working methods.

Required profile

• Degree in finance, accounting or a related field.
• Significant experience in a similar management control or finance position.
• Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly.
• Knowledge of accounting standards and financial regulations.
