Plant Director

About the role

We are seeking a Plant Director to lead one of our key production sites. This senior position will own the overall performance of the plant, driving operational excellence and shaping the long‑term strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high‑performing leadership team across production, engineering, supply chain, quality and health & safety.
• Drive operational efficiency, productivity and cost optimisation while delivering Lean, Six Sigma and other continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure the highest standards of health, safety and regulatory compliance.
• Own the site P&L, set financial targets and deliver results.
• Develop and execute a long‑term operational strategy and build a performance‑driven culture.
• Collaborate with group leadership and key stakeholders across the business.

Required profile

• Proven leader with extensive experience managing large‑scale manufacturing or production sites.
• Demonstrated track record of improving operational performance and delivering measurable results.
• Deep understanding of Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong commercial acumen with full P&L responsibility.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English and French (essential).
• Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or a related field (preferred).
