Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead large‑scale EPC, turnkey, supply and service projects in the power and utilities sector. The role covers the full project lifecycle, from design and engineering to procurement, manufacturing, installation, commissioning and handover.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end execution of EPC/turnkey projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to contractual, technical and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using planning tools, allocate resources and track progress.
• Act as primary contact for clients, consultants, suppliers and internal teams, managing stakeholder expectations.
• Control project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control and margin optimisation.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee procurement, supplier performance and material delivery aligned with specifications.
• Ensure compliance with quality, HSE and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across engineering, procurement, quality and site execution.

Required profile

• 3 – 10 years of experience managing large‑scale power or utilities projects.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage contract variations and claims.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Excellent problem‑solving ability in technical and engineering contexts.
