Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a remote French‑English bilingual customer support representative to assist our global customers. You will handle voice calls and live‑chat interactions, turning inquiries and issues into positive experiences. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from a quiet, dedicated workspace.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, friendly support in French and English via phone and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues with a calm, solution‑focused approach.
• Document all interactions accurately in our support system.
• Identify recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads and colleagues to stay aligned on priorities.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, care, and cultural sensitivity.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent written and verbal communication in both French and English.
• Ability to stay calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

• General CRM system proficiency.
