About the role
We are expanding our Express Delivery service and are looking for a Night‑Shift Sorting Center Manager to lead the operations of our parcel sorting hub in Algiers. The role involves overseeing the full cycle of parcel handling during night hours to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise reception, sorting and dispatch of parcels.
- Ensure compliance with delivery deadlines, quality standards and internal procedures.
- Lead and organize operational teams working night shifts.
- Monitor performance indicators such as volume, productivity, quality and timeliness.
- Implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain safety standards and adhere to applicable regulations.
Required profile
- Higher education in logistics, transport or management.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within express delivery.
- Strong leadership, organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
- Willingness to work night‑shift hours.
Required skills
- Proficiency with performance tracking tools and key performance indicators.
