About the role

Transsion Algeria is looking for a Creative Lead to shape the creative vision of the TECNO Mobile brand in Algeria. You will develop and execute strategies that turn consumer insights into compelling campaigns across all touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and communication strategies based on consumer insights, market trends and product positioning.
• Translate technical product features into stories that resonate with the local audience.
• Lead the creation of marketing content for digital, social media, retail, outdoor, product launches, events and video campaigns, ensuring consistency across channels.
• Provide creative direction to designers, content creators, videographers and external partners, maintaining TECNO’s visual identity and quality standards.
• Manage agencies, production houses, freelancers and campaign partners from briefing through execution, aligning with brand objectives, timelines and budgets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Graphic Design, Advertising or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in creative direction, brand marketing, advertising or art direction.
• Proven experience leading integrated marketing campaigns and managing creative projects.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking, storytelling and creative execution.
• Fluent in English.
