Senior Full‑stack Developer (Java & Flutter)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Full‑stack Developer who can create cross‑platform applications using Flutter/Dart while also contributing to Java/Spring Boot backend services. The role is hybrid and based in Algeria, offering the chance to own the entire flow from UI to service.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Flutter/Dart applications for iOS, Android, Web, and occasional desktop targets.
• Integrate and debug REST APIs built with Java/Spring Boot, and contribute to backend code when needed.
• Handle mobile‑specific features such as camera access, notifications, offline behavior, and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with backend and QA teams to ensure end‑to‑end request/response correctness.
• Participate in code reviews and uphold code quality across both Flutter and Java components.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional experience with hands‑on Flutter/Dart development.
• Current, active experience with Java and Spring Boot, capable of reading, debugging, and contributing to backend services.
• Strong understanding of REST API integration and state‑management patterns (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, or equivalents).
• Ability to trace bugs from the UI layer down to the backend service.
• Experience shipping apps to the App Store and Google Play is a plus.
