Telecom Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Telecom Engineer to join our engineering team in Algiers. The role involves designing, deploying, and optimizing telecommunications networks in a dynamic, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and fine‑tune telecom networks and systems.
• Conduct technical studies and provide engineering recommendations.
• Analyze network performance, identify improvement opportunities, and optimize reliability.
• Troubleshoot network incidents and support resolution.
• Participate in deployment, integration, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and specifications.
• Collaborate with internal engineering, operations, and project teams, as well as external partners and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with technical standards, procedures, and regulations.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant professional experience in telecom or network engineering (3‑5 years preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams.
• Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
