Tender Management Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Tender Management Specialist to lead the full tendering lifecycle and drive business growth through winning proposals. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to analyse complex requirements, develop competitive bids and deliver solutions that balance profitability with customer value.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end tendering processes for Capex and Opex opportunities, from simple to highly complex bids.
• Analyse requests for quotation and produce accurate cost estimates using proven methodologies and tools.
• Define winning strategies by interpreting customer requirements and assessing commercial risks and opportunities.
• Prepare compliant, compelling offer documentation that aligns with company policies and maximises tender success.
