Tender Manager - Responsable Chiffrage

About the role

The Tender Manager will identify business opportunities, transform them into competitive offers, and lead negotiations to secure contracts for Schneider Electric in Algeria. This role bridges the gap between client needs and project execution, ensuring a smooth hand‑over to project teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new tender opportunities in the market.
• Develop detailed offers that reflect customer requirements and Schneider Electric’s value proposition.
• Lead negotiation processes, aligning proposals with business objectives.
• Transfer offer and contract data to project managers, ensuring risks and schedules are controlled.
• Organise bid reviews, validate technical proposals, and ensure compliance with margin and contractual guidelines.
• Conduct market studies, analyse penetration rates, and identify key decision‑makers.
• Prepare client dossiers, key‑account plans, and competitive pricing analyses.

Required profile

• External Engineer degree in electrical engineering and automation (Master 2, Ingéniorat, Bac +5).
• 3 to 5 years of experience in tender management, bid preparation, or related commercial roles.
• Fluent English communication skills.
