Trade Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Trade Marketing Specialist to design and implement trade marketing initiatives that boost brand visibility and drive sales growth across retail locations in Algeria. The role combines market intelligence, project management and collaboration with agencies to ensure our products are prominently displayed and promoted.

Key responsibilities

• Collect market data from merchandisers and monitor competitor activities, producing a weekly report.
• Identify and execute opportunities to increase brand visibility inside and outside stores.
• Manage visibility projects: budget planning, agency selection, follow‑up, payments, deployment and project closure.
• Oversee rack and logo installations, from budgeting to production, installation and quality control.
• Plan coverage and flooring expansion by categorising shops, preparing dedicated display spaces and tracking weekly product flooring.
• Prepare weekly sales and operations presentations and monthly business review reports in English.

Required profile

• Education: Master 2, Ingéniorat (Bac+5); Magistère (Bac+7); Master 1, Licence (Bac+4); Licence (LMD) (Bac+3).
• Experience: 1‑5 years in trade marketing, brand promotion or related fields.
