Training Sales Executive

About the role

IDA Institut is expanding its professional training business and is looking for two dynamic Training Sales Executives to join the commercial team in Algiers. You will be the bridge between qualified leads and the enrollment of corporate clients in our learning programs.

Key responsibilities

• Contact and qualify leads generated by the Inside Sales team or other acquisition channels.
• Understand client needs, budget, timeline and decision‑making structure.
• Present tailored training solutions and convert qualified leads into signed contracts.
• Manage a personal pipeline, follow‑up regularly and achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with the commercial director and other departments to ensure smooth delivery of training services.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in professional services or training.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage HR managers, training coordinators and business leaders.
• Result‑oriented mindset with a focus on meeting revenue objectives.
• Fluent in French; English proficiency is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using CRM tools to track leads and opportunities.
• Ability to conduct needs analysis and propose appropriate training solutions.
