Telecom Implementation Manager – RAN & Network Projects

About the role

Gelogis is seeking an experienced Telecom Implementation Manager to lead a strategic telecommunications project in Algeria. You will oversee the full lifecycle of network deployment, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate telecom network implementation activities across Wireless, Wireline, and Transmission domains.
• Manage project activities involving internal teams, customers, and subcontractors.
• Ensure project delivery within scope, budget, quality standards, and contractual requirements.
• Oversee implementation phases including network design, site acquisition, civil works, installation, integration, and commissioning.
• Guarantee compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE/OHS) requirements.
• Monitor project performance and maintain strong customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in telecom network deployment and implementation projects.
• Strong knowledge of RAN, Transmission, or Wireline environments.
• Excellent leadership, planning, coordination, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders.
