About the role

As a Spa Receptionist at Le Méridien Oran Hotel & Convention Centre, you will be the first point of contact for guests seeking spa services. You will create a welcoming atmosphere, assist with bookings, and ensure a seamless experience from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Promote spa services and retail products to guests.
• Schedule and confirm spa appointments using the reservation system.
• Check‑in guests, answer inquiries about treatments, and provide accurate information.
• Process payments and handle cash transactions in accordance with hotel policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized front‑desk area.
• Assist with light physical tasks such as moving supplies (up to 10 lb unaided, 25 lb with help).

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
• No prior spa or hospitality experience required.
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and navigate uneven surfaces safely.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and professional appearance.
