About the role
The Consulate General of France is seeking a Visa Agent (F/H) to join its Visa Service in Annaba and Constantine. You will work under the authority of the diplomatic mission chief, the chancery head, and the visa service manager to process short‑stay visa applications.
Key responsibilities
- Apply and monitor compliance with visa regulations.
- Verify, process, and make decisions on visa application files.
- Monitor daily activity and, when applicable, oversee the service provider’s performance.
- Provide regular updates to the head of the visa service.
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving service quality.
- Maintain daily activity dashboards.
- Inform pre‑instructors about procedural updates.
Required profile
- Familiarity with the visa RMV software and relevant regulations.
- Ability to use Diplonet for instruction searches.
- Knowledge of the local language and region is an advantage.
