About the role

The company is seeking an Assistant Machine Operator to support the folding and gluing machine in its production line. The role involves preparing the equipment, ensuring product quality, and maintaining operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the preparation and start‑up of the folding‑gluing machine.
• Assist the main operator with machine adjustments, settings, and test runs.
• Feed the machine with material and monitor glue levels and quality.
• Perform interim duties for the operator when required.
• Execute the assigned work program and record production data.
• Inspect accessories, product alignment, and detect any defects.
• Carry out sorting, manual gluing, packaging, and other auxiliary tasks as needed.
• Collaborate closely with the quality‑control department to address anomalies.
• Report any equipment malfunctions, errors, or safety issues to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean work environment and keep the machine clean.
• Participate in preventive and corrective maintenance of the equipment.
• Ensure proper use of technical tools and complete internal production sheets.
• Attend company‑provided seminars and training sessions.

Required profile

• Education: Licence (LMD) or Bac + 3, or technical secondary (Bac + 2).
• Experience: 1–5 years in industrial machine operation or a similar production role.
• Ability to work on a production floor, follow safety and hygiene regulations, and respect workplace discipline.
