Branch Manager & Assistant Manager – Multiple Locations in Lebanon

About the role

We are expanding our network of basic outlet stores across Lebanon and are looking for experienced Branch Managers and Assistant Branch Managers to lead operations in Kaslik, Mansourieh, Hazmieh, Achrafieh, Verdun, and Saida. The roles involve overseeing daily store activities, driving sales performance, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise branch staff, ensuring effective teamwork and productivity.
• Achieve sales and performance targets set for each outlet.
• Monitor daily operations, maintain efficiency, and uphold high customer service standards.
• Handle reporting, performance analysis, and compliance with company policies.
• Support the Branch Manager in operational management, staff supervision, and performance monitoring (Assistant role).
• Address customer inquiries and escalations promptly.
• Ensure store presentation and operational excellence.
