Commercial Specialist – Client Relations & Contracts

About the role

Leadcom Digital is seeking a Commercial Specialist to join its Hydra office. The role focuses on managing client relationships, preparing and negotiating commercial offers, and overseeing contract renewals to drive sustainable revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and analyse market opportunities to support sales campaigns.
• Prepare pricing proposals, commercial offers and presentations for clients.
• Negotiate contract terms, manage renewals and ensure accurate contract administration.
• Collaborate with marketing, finance and other internal teams to align commercial activities.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of commercial actions in company systems and monitor performance against targets.
• Produce regular reports and dashboards for senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a commercial, sales or business‑development role, preferably within a digital or technology environment.
• Strong client‑relationship management, negotiation and contract administration abilities.
• Analytical mindset with capacity to interpret market data and support forecasting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or related field, or equivalent experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with spreadsheets.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Ability to create presentations with standard presentation software.
