Commercial(e) – Vente de voyages

About the role

Liberta Travel, a growing travel agency, is looking for a dynamic and motivated Commercial(e) to join its sales team. You will guide clients through their travel projects, from initial advice to final booking, ensuring a high level of service.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome, advise and support clients in planning their trips.
• Promote and sell the agency’s services, including airline tickets, tours, hotels, and organized trips.
• Identify client needs and propose tailored travel offers.
• Develop and maintain a portfolio of existing customers while prospecting new ones.
• Prepare quotes, manage reservations, and follow up on requests.
• Achieve sales targets set by the agency.
• Provide continuous client support before, during, and after the sale.
• Participate in promotional activities for the agency’s offers.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales role, preferably in tourism or travel agencies.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Customer‑focused attitude with a proactive approach.
• Dynamic, organized, and persistent personality.
• Professional presentation and ability to convince and retain clients.
• Fluency in French and Arabic; English is a plus.
