Community Manager Senior – Immobilier (Oran)

About the role

We are looking for a senior Community Manager with a strong background in real‑estate marketing to join our growing team in Oran. The role focuses on building and managing our social‑media presence to boost property visibility, strengthen brand image and generate qualified leads.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the agency’s social‑media communication strategy.
• Create, schedule and publish engaging content (posts, stories, reels, videos, carousels) across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok.
• Showcase real‑estate listings, services and expertise through visual storytelling.
• Plan publications using dedicated social‑media management tools.
• Monitor and analyse performance metrics such as reach, engagement and lead generation.
• Recommend optimisation actions in collaboration with the sales team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social‑media management, preferably in the real‑estate sector.
• Creative, autonomous and well‑organized.
• Strong analytical mindset with a results‑oriented approach.
• Excellent written French; English is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva, CapCut, Photoshop and Illustrator (or equivalent design tools).
• Deep knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok platforms.
