Customer Service Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Engineer to install, maintain and support UIU diagnostic imaging equipment at customer sites. The role involves close collaboration with the Customer Care Center and requires travel to various locations to ensure equipment operates reliably.

Key responsibilities

• Install UIU diagnostic imaging systems (DR, CT, MR, PET) within the assigned product range at customer locations.
• Work with regional and headquarters Customer Care Center to perform troubleshooting, routine maintenance and software updates under supervision.
• Attend service training courses and pursue the UIU Professional Certificate to deepen technical competence.
• Escalate issues that could affect customer satisfaction and ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled.
• Provide on‑site training to customers on equipment operation and maintenance.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• Technical associate degree or higher.
• Familiarity with the principles and structure of diagnostic imaging modalities such as DR, CT, MR and PET.
• Strong IT knowledge, including Microsoft Office and networking infrastructure.
• Valid driving licence with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel, work flexible hours and handle unsociable shifts.
