About the role
The engineering consultancy CSEN is seeking a Structural Draftsperson/Designer specialized in reinforced concrete. This temporary position is based on‑site in the Sidi Abdellah – Mahelma area of Algiers and is ideal for recent graduates eager to start a career in structural design.
Key responsibilities
- Create 2D structural drawings using AutoCAD.
- Develop layout designs for reinforced concrete elements.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards.
- Maintain and update drawing files throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in preparing documentation required for project approvals.
Required profile
- Recent graduate (Bac+2 to Bac+5) in civil engineering or a related field.
- No prior professional experience required; beginners are welcome.
- Motivated to learn and develop technical skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Required skills
- Basic proficiency with AutoCAD.
- Understanding of reinforced concrete concepts as taught in academic programs.
- Capability to read and interpret technical drawings.
