Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist

About the role

Jeelup is seeking a Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to own the way companies discover Jeelup. The role will manage inbound lead generation, run both paid and organic campaigns, and turn interest into qualified conversations.

Key responsibilities

• Own inbound lead generation from the first touch through to a booked call, ensuring each prospect is nurtured through the funnel.
• Plan, launch, and continuously optimize paid advertising and organic marketing campaigns to attract high‑quality leads.
• Build, qualify, and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects, turning interest into meaningful conversations.
• Measure campaign performance, analyze results, and scale tactics that deliver the best ROI.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, growth, or lead generation, with a proven track record of delivering qualified leads.
• Demonstrated ability to own measurable targets and achieve them consistently.
• Comfort with end‑to‑end lead generation processes, from acquisition to conversion.
• Fluency in Arabic, English, or French; proficiency in all three languages is a strong advantage.
