About the role

IDA Institut is looking for a Director of Training to lead the institute’s entire training activity. Reporting to the General Management, the role is responsible for defining the pedagogical strategy, expanding the training catalogue, ensuring quality and performance, and overseeing the network of trainers for corporate and professional clients in Algeria and across Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Define and deploy the institute’s training strategy.
• Manage and evolve the catalogue of courses and learning pathways.
• Identify market needs and develop new training offers.
• Supervise the selection, coordination, and evaluation of the trainer network.
• Guarantee pedagogical quality and participant satisfaction.
• Monitor performance indicators for the training activity.
• Collaborate closely with Sales & Business Development to translate client needs into tailored training solutions.
• Develop partnerships with companies, experts, institutions, and training organisations.
• Oversee evaluation, continuous improvement, and certification processes.
• Provide regular reporting to the General Management.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Management, Human Resources, Training, Pedagogy, Business or a related field.
• 7 to 12 years of experience, including significant experience in professional training or Learning & Development.
• Strong knowledge of the B2B training market.
• Proven management and coordination abilities.
• Strategic mindset, rigor, and results orientation.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Fluent in French and good command of English.
