District Sales Representative – Algeria

About the role

Join Nalco Water, a leader in water technology, as a District Sales Representative III based in Algiers. You will drive revenue and profit growth by building strong relationships with existing customers and converting strategic accounts across light‑industry sectors such as food & beverage, pharmaceuticals, and manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and execute sales plans for existing and competitively‑held accounts to meet profit targets.
• Engage with plant and facility executives to understand business needs and propose improvement and innovation plans.
• Provide technical support, perform system analysis, interpret data, and deliver written recommendations.
• Promote and sell Nalco Water innovations and technologies to strengthen long‑term partnerships.
• Travel 20‑50% overnight across Algeria to service customers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proven experience in consultative B2B sales, preferably within water, food, pharma or manufacturing sectors.
• Strong account leadership and ability to manage strategic competitive accounts.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
