Ex-MBB Strategy Consultant – AI Training (Remote)

About the role

Join Toloka AI’s Mindrift team to shape how next‑generation AI systems learn high‑level business reasoning. As an ex‑MBB strategy consultant you will translate real consulting engagements into structured learning environments that train AI agents on realistic problem‑solving tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed, industry‑specific consulting project scenarios that include financials, constraints, and ambiguous inputs.
• Design discrete consulting tasks (e.g., market sizing, cost optimisation, growth strategy) that mirror actual consulting work.
• Develop evaluation rubrics, grading frameworks and golden‑answer solutions for each task to enable large‑scale AI output assessment.
• Collaborate remotely with a team of former strategy consultants to ensure the realism and rigor of the training data.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on project experience at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney or Strategy&.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous client problems into analytical plans and deliver client‑ready recommendations under tight deadlines.
• Experience building financial models, market analyses, and synthesising messy data into clear insights.
